Auralink, a sales firm driven by event-based outreach, is looking for an Entry Level Manager to lead these sales efforts in Fremont. In person, the Entry Level Manager meets where they are, sharing information about affordable mobile connectivity and dependable data plans. As an Entry Level Manager, results follow culture, and you'll build both. The Entry Level Manager will also lead event-based sales teams and create an environment where connecting customers to no-cost and low-cost mobile services and accessible data connections is a purposeful and energizing experience. This is a sales career where being the first domino means your move sets off a chain reaction of enrollment, and the dominoes never stop falling. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Help organize in-person events that focus on introducing essential no-cost and low-cost mobile connectivity to customers seeking reliable everyday service. Supervise team members in person as they hold sales discussions about accessible smartphones that support basic communication needs. Ensure the sales team can clearly and confidently explain simple data options in person that offer a practical connection without high costs or complex requirements. Motivate the sales team to keep event interactions friendly and focused on the genuine benefits of affordable mobile services. Support sales activity by guiding staff to listen carefully first, then recommend the right no-cost or low-cost connectivity option for each person. Maintain smooth event flow so customers can move easily from learning about smartphones and data options to completing enrollment if they choose.
