Event Planning Associate

Job Description:

At Parker Nichols Events & Design, we are focused on creating memorable moments and beautiful spaces. No matter what type of occasion you are celebrating, Parker Nichols will create a stylish, personalized, and thoughtfully curated event that you and your guests will remember for years to come. This is a part time position and perfect for someone who has a passion for events, design, and weddings! Most of our events are in Napa, but we also produce weddings all over Northern California and Lake Tahoe.

Responsibilities:

Work with planning team to set up and execute event plans Coordinating with venue staff, team, and client to ensure that the event runs smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly

Duties Include:

Placing linens, florals, place cards, menus, signage, candles. Make sure event space is set up according to diagrams. Monitor timeline and make sure event is running smoothly. Assist bridal party and vendors with any questions or last minute changes. Etc.

Self Motivated Requirements:

Event experience is preferred Must be able to drive yourself to and from each event Must be available on weekends
