Shift Supervisor

Kids World Family Fun Center is looking for a dynamic Shift Supervisor to elevate our birthday parties and group event experiences. If you're passionate about customer satisfaction, and leading teams in a vibrant, fast-paced environment—we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
This role is more than supervising—it's about creating exceptional experiences, and developing your team. Drive Sales & Revenue Growth ➤ Actively promote party packages, upgrades, and add-ons ➤ Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies ➤ Train and motivate team members to maximize bookings and upsells Lead & Supervise Team Operations ➤ Recruit, train, and schedule a high-energy team of Party Hosts ➤ Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback ➤ Ensure all events are staffed adequately, adjusting to last-minute changes with ease Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences ➤ Oversee event setups and execution, ensuring a seamless guest experience ➤ Conduct spot checks to maintain high service standards ➤ Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, turning moments into memories Inventory & Facility Management ➤ Manage inventory of event supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels ➤ Ensure event spaces are always clean, stocked, and ready for guests Administrative & Reporting Duties ➤ Track and report on event performance and customer feedback ➤ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting event revenues ➤ Communicate clearly with management about team performance and opportunities for improvement
What We're Looking For:
➤ Proven Sales Ability OR willingness to learn
  • Experience in retail, event, or hospitality sales strongly preferred. ➤ Customer Experience Champion
  • Skilled in creating positive guest interactions and resolving issues proactively. ➤ Leadership Skills
  • Experience leading through example. ➤ Highly Organized
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. ➤ Flexible Availability
  • Must be regularly available on weekends and holidays.
