When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! As a Catering & Event Sales Coordinator , you're not just supporting events from sale to execution

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have administrative experience Be proficient in MS Office Hotel and Events experience preferred Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
