ABOUT THE ROLE
— As Event Staff at Summit Event Center 2, you will be the face of our venue, ensuring every guest has a seamless, enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. This role suits enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Set up and break down event spaces including furniture, decor, and equipment Greet and direct guests upon arrival; provide venue orientation as needed Monitor event spaces throughout the event to maintain cleanliness and order Assist with food and beverage service as directed Operate audio/visual equipment and assist with basic technical setups Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and event coordinators on-site Handle guest inquiries professionally and escalate issues when appropriate Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety regulations, and capacity rules |
REQUIREMENTS
— No prior experience required, but preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player |
