Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Act as an initial point of contact for general inquiries from colleagues, donors, partners, and volunteers. Respond to/forward inquiries to appropriate team member(s) for action/follow up. Manage donation tracking and acknowledgement process. Generate reports on donor management platforms. Conduct reconciliation with the finance department. Manage partner, volunteer, and community ambassador lists. Provide logistical support in donor outreach campaigns. Support Fundraising & Development team members with meeting scheduling, marketing request scheduling/tracking, and calendar management. Maintain the annual event sponsorship list. Draft partner agreements and MOUs. Track agreement/MOU/funding requirements and deadlines to ensure they are met. Provide support with drafting regular communications such as newsletters, department updates, volunteer/community ambassador outreach emails, etc. Coordinate, order, and maintain inventory of donor communication materials and general development supplies. Provide logistical and planning support for events. Attend outreach Events when needed Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in donor database management (e.g., Boomerang, Salesforce, DonorPerfect, DonorSnap, GiveSmart). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Adept at tracking and managing information/data for ease of access and leveraging to inform action. Comfortable learning and using a variety of software products and online platforms. Comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects and shifting priorities. A passion for supporting veterans, military families, and related community initiatives. Non-profit experience preferred.

This is an in-person position.
Job Classification:
Full-time (40 hrs/week).
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Preferred Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. This position may require occasional evening or weekend work.
