Oversee and manage all aspects of front-of-house operations to guarantee exceptional guest experience. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Event Planning Manage assigned events beginning approximately 90 days before the event, including walk-throughs, final orders, timelines, vendor coordination, kitchen notes, and required documentation. Client Service and Communication Serve as the primary contact and event expert for clients, venues, planners, and internal teams. Provide timely communication, maintain accurate event details, and identify appropriate upselling opportunities. Event Leadership Communicate the client's vision and key details to the onsite team and lead captain. Provide onsite supervision when needed and build strong relationships with clients and event partners. Time Commitment Spend approximately 2-8 hours planning each event, with time divided between planning and onsite event management.Oversee and manage all aspects of front-of-house operations to guarantee exceptional guest experience. Compensation:
