As an Off-Site Event Team Member you will support the planning, preparation, and execution of a variety of off-site functions and special marketing events. Your expertise in food service, customer interaction, and event coordination will ensure every occasion is seamless and exceeds expectations. Duties Assist with food preparation, presentation, and serving at off-site events, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Coordinate event logistics by setting up marketing materials, decorations, and necessary equipment at off-site events. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and addressing special dietary needs with professionalism and care. Serve food and beverages efficiently during events, maintaining a friendly demeanor and ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Support the planning process by liaising with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and special requests for upcoming events. Maintain cleanliness of work areas before, during, and after events to uphold hygiene standards in line with food industry regulations. Experience Must have an sense of urgency and highly detail oriented. A current driver's license is a must as you will be driving our van around. Previous experience in off-site/catering is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service within hospitality or food service environments. Serve Safe Food Handler preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Familiarity with dietary accommodations is a plus. Restaurant or food industry experience that demonstrates excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Barista experience or hospitality background that highlights ability to work efficiently under pressure. We value energetic team players who are passionate about delivering top-tier service.
