Colorado Sick Leave Job Summary:
Provides administrative and operational support for the daily activities of the assigned event facility. Assists with facility rentals, customer service, reservations, event preparation, marketing, and general facility operations to ensure successful events and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications/Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. One (1) year of customer service, office administration, hospitality, recreation, or event support experience preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling software preferred. Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within six months. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required. Ability to open, close, and secure assigned facilities. Attend training, workshops, and meetings related to assigned duties. May assist with City-sponsored events outside normal operating hours. Valid Colorado Driver License or ability to obtain within six months of hire Anticipated Job Posting Close Date Open until filled.
