In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various events, providing exceptional guest services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment. Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Manage event logistics, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all event materials are in place. Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Support conflict management by addressing any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally. Engage with guests through public speaking as needed, providing information about the event schedule and activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle any challenges that may arise during events. Background in theater or public speaking is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with guests. Experience in guest services or food service is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
