We provide extensive training and development, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn and grow in the event management industry. You will be part of an elite event management team in the Life Science Industry. You will play an integral role on our team by planning and preparing for our nationwide events and traveling to and managing them on-site. You will handle the logistics of the events, before, during, and after. This position requires excellent organizational skills, multitasking, problem-solving, and the ability to work well independently, on a team, and with others. Our company organizes over 100 + annual events nationwide, in addition to virtual events. Our team members are passionate about growth, innovation, and collaboration. Plan and manage all facets of our events Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Exceptional communication skills, as well as analytical, project management, and planning skills, are necessary. Exceptional attention to detail. Able to learn and work in a complex matrix environment. Determined to roll up your sleeves and add value to the team in any way possible. Must be very well-organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, and able to collaborate with leadership.
