Job Description

DS Sports is the parent company of six premier baseball event organizations — RussMatt, Snowbird, Palm Beach Challenge, Prospect Wire, USA Premier, and Greater Orlando Baseball. Together, we deliver top-tier baseball events, tournaments, and showcases that attract teams from across the country. Our internship program offers students the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, operations, and execution while working with DS Sports and its family of event companies.
Qualifications:
Passion for baseball and a basic understanding of the sport's rules, terminology, and culture. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Prior experience in event planning, sports management, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. Opportunities for travel may be available, depending on the scope of events and organizational needs. Successful completion of the internship may lead to potential future employment opportunities within the organization.
