Director of Events & Membership Caviar Club | Falsetto Hospitality | Fort Lauderdale, FL Position Summary Caviar Club is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly connected Director of Events & Membership to lead our member experience, VIP relations, and curated events programming. This is a full-time, on-site position based inside Caviar Club on Las Olas Boulevard. The Director of Events & Membership will be an active presence in the restaurant, working directly with our members, VIP guests, and restaurant leadership to ensure an exceptional experience both during regular service and special events. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for Caviar Club members, developing meaningful relationships while ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated level of hospitality and personalization synonymous with the Caviar Club experience. The Director of Events & Membership will oversee member relations, VIP reservations, private and curated events, special experiences, and ongoing member engagement . This role requires someone who understands luxury hospitality, anticipates guest needs, thrives on building relationships, and can seamlessly execute high-touch experiences from initial inquiry through completion. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship builder, event professional, and hospitality operator with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Duties & Responsibilities Membership & VIP Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for Caviar Club members and VIP guests. Maintain an active presence in the restaurant, building relationships with members and ensuring their experience is seamless from reservation through departure. Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with members while developing an understanding of their individual preferences and expectations. Provide highly personalized, discreet, and attentive service throughout every member interaction. Manage and coordinate VIP and member dining reservations , special requests, celebrations, and personalized experiences. Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure members receive priority attention and a seamless experience. Anticipate member needs and proactively identify opportunities to elevate their experience. Maintain accurate member profiles, preferences, notes, and engagement history within the membership CRM. Assist with member communications, invitations, event announcements, and other membership initiatives. Support new member onboarding and introductions to the Caviar Club experience. Act as a trusted resource for members while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Develop strategies to drive ongoing member engagement, retention, and participation. Events & Experiences Develop, coordinate, and execute curated member events, private events, VIP experiences, dinners, tastings, activations, and special programming . Manage events from initial concept and planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. Work with culinary, beverage, operations, marketing, and membership teams to create unique experiences that align with the Caviar Club brand. Coordinate event menus, beverage selections, entertainment, décor, vendors, timelines, guest lists, and other event details. Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients hosting private events. Conduct event inquiries, consultations, and venue walkthroughs as needed. Prepare and manage event proposals, contracts, timelines, and event details. Maintain detailed event calendars and ensure all departments are properly informed and prepared. Oversee event execution on-site to ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail. Develop creative ideas for exclusive programming and experiences that provide continued value to Caviar Club members. Build relationships with luxury brands, community partners, and vendors to identify opportunities for unique collaborations and member experiences. Operations & Collaboration Work on-site at Caviar Club and collaborate closely with restaurant leadership and the front-of-house team during service. Work closely with Caviar Club leadership and Falsetto Hospitality to ensure membership and event initiatives align with overall brand standards. Communicate member and VIP reservations, preferences, and special requests to the appropriate operational teams. Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion, member communications, invitations, and event collateral. Track event participation, member engagement, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain organized records of upcoming events, reservations, member requests, and follow-ups. Handle sensitive member and guest information with complete discretion. Represent Caviar Club professionally both inside and outside of the venue. Maintain a strong understanding of Caviar Club's food, beverage, membership benefits, events, and overall brand experience. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, membership clubs, VIP relations, events, nightlife, fine dining, or a related field preferred. Previous experience managing private events and high-profile or VIP clientele strongly preferred. Strong understanding of luxury service standards and high-touch hospitality. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Warm, polished, professional, and confident communication style. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to anticipate needs and handle special requests with creativity and discretion. Comfortable managing multiple events, reservations, requests, and priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM, membership, event management, and reservation platforms preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively across culinary, beverage, operations, marketing, and executive teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Established relationships within the South Florida luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or events community are a plus. Must be comfortable working on-site in a high-energy restaurant environment and interacting directly with members and guests throughout service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events , is required.
