Workshop & Event Attendant Tiny Artisan Events® | South Florida Part-Time | Event-Based | $15-$17/hour + Eligible for Tips Tiny Artisan Events® is seeking responsible, reliable, and highly organized Workshop & Event Attendants to join our growing team. Our attendants help execute creative workshops and events for children and adults throughout South Florida. This is a hands-on, event-based position. We are looking for team members who can be trusted to arrive on time, follow event instructions, transport materials, work independently and as part of a team, and represent our company professionally in front of clients. Please Read Before Applying This position requires: Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license Comfort driving a small company cargo van Weekend availability Reliability and punctuality Ability to travel to event locations throughout South Florida Ability to lift and carry event materials up to 25 lbs All Workshop & Event Attendants are expected to drive our company vans when assigned. If you do not have reliable transportation, are not comfortable driving a small cargo van, or are generally unavailable on weekends, this position is not a fit. Responsibilities Load, transport, unload, and organize workshop materials and equipment Drive company vans to and from events when assigned Set up tables, chairs, materials, supplies, and workshop displays Review event instructions and arrive fully prepared for each assigned event Greet clients and participants professionally Facilitate and assist with creative workshops for children and adults Keep participants engaged and assist them throughout the activity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event space Communicate and work effectively with other attendants Handle event responsibilities independently once trained Break down and clean the event area Properly pack, account for, and return all materials and equipment after events What We're Looking For Dependable and responsible Punctual with strong time-management skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable taking initiative and solving minor issues independently Able to follow instructions and event procedures Friendly and professional with clients, children, and other team members Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Able to communicate clearly and professionally Previous experience with events, hospitality, customer service, or children is a plus Scheduling This is a part-time, event-based position, and hours vary depending on our event schedule. Weekend availability is required. Some shifts may be available for team members to claim, while other shifts may be assigned based on business needs and employee availability. Once scheduled for a shift, team members are expected to be dependable and available to work their assigned event. Events take place throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, so applicants must be comfortable traveling to different event locations. Compensation & Growth Opportunities $15-$17 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities Eligible to receive tips from events Opportunities for additional hours as our event schedule grows Room for advancement within the company We believe in promoting strong team members from within. Attendants who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, leadership, organization, and the ability to successfully execute events may be selected to become Event Leads. Event Leads take on greater responsibility for managing event execution, coordinating the event team, communicating with clients onsite, and ensuring each event meets Tiny Artisan Events® standards. Event Lead positions offer increased responsibility and higher earning potential. About Tiny Artisan Events® Tiny Artisan Events® provides professionally executed mobile arts, crafts, and creative experiences for private parties, corporate events, schools, community organizations, and special events throughout South Florida. We provide the training, event instructions, materials, and systems needed to execute our workshops. In return, we expect our team members to be dependable, prepared, professional, and capable of taking ownership of their assigned events.
