Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure Assist with event setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment and supplies Manage guest flow, answer questions, and provide directions to enhance event accessibility and enjoyment Enforce safety protocols by monitoring crowd behavior, managing conflict situations, and responding promptly to incidents using conflict management skills Support food service operations if applicable, including cash handling, processing transactions through POS systems, and maintaining cleanliness standards Conduct basic first aid or CPR when necessary to ensure guest safety during outdoor or indoor activities Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety procedures such as heavy lifting guidelines and outdoor work safety measures Qualifications Previous experience in events management or working at event venues is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking roles Experience in hospitality environments Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid, CPR certification, and conflict management techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work conditions Demonstrated ability to work effectively with attention to detail and professionalism Join us as part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional event experiences!
