Job Description

Position Overview MAD Events is seeking an Assistant Event Coordinator to support the organization and execution of live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area. Key Responsibilities Support event setup and breakdown activities Coordinate daily event tasks with team members Welcome and assist customers during live events Provide information about services and promotional activities Maintain organized event areas and materials Track event activity and assist with basic reporting Help ensure a positive customer experience during events Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working directly with customers Positive attitude and strong attention to detail What We Offer Paid training Weekly pay Hands-on event coordination experience Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities into event leadership and management roles
Pay:
$25.28 - $30.44 per hour
