Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Staff member to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a team environment, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events. Help set up and organize event materials, displays, and supplies. Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events. Communicate information about products, services, and promotions. Answer questions and help identify customer needs. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Maintain a professional and organized event environment. Help distribute promotional materials and provide information to attendees. Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team. Assist with event breakdown and organization after activities are completed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in events, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.
