EFRAT USA
is seeking a highly organized, creative, and mission-driven Program & Development Coordinator to support the organization's continued growth and the planning of its 50th Anniversary celebration. This individual will play a key role in coordinating special events, supporting fundraising initiatives, managing administrative projects, assisting with communications and social media, strengthening community outreach, and helping ensure the smooth operation of EFRAT's expanding programs. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment, and is passionate about supporting women and families. Primary ResponsibilitiesSpecial Events Assist in planning and coordinating EFRAT's 50th Anniversary celebrations Coordinate galas, parlor meetings, educational programs, and community events Manage invitations, RSVPs, vendor communication, and event logistics Prepare event materials and follow-up communications Development & Donor Relations Support donor stewardship and acknowledgment Assist with fundraising campaigns and special appeals Help maintain donor records and CRM/database Coordinate sponsorships and in-kind donations Prepare donor reports and recognition materials Communications & Marketing Assist with social media content creation and scheduling Coordinate newsletters and email campaigns Help create marketing materials and promotional pieces Update website content as needed Assist with storytelling, testimonials, and impact reports Program Support Help organize educational workshops Coordinate program materials Assist with resource referrals and community partnerships Administrative Support Calendar management Meeting coordination Database management General office administration Research projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of nonprofit, communications, marketing, event planning, or administrative experience Exceptional organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication Detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable learning new technology Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Canva experience preferred CRM/database experience a plus Desired Characteristics We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about EFRAT's mission Warm and personable Resourceful and proactive Highly organized Creative Flexible and adaptable Comfortable working independently A team player Professional and compassionate Willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed Position Details Full-time preferred (part-time considered) Some evening and weekend events Based in South Florida The Ideal Candidate The ideal person isn't simply looking for a job - they're looking for a mission.
