Pay:

$250/day + Lunch;

Overtime:

Hours worked in excess of 10.0 hours in a single day will be compensated at an additional rate of $30.00 per hour.

Hours:

Approximately 8 hours per day Easy Day Sports is seeking reliable event staff to support race operations for the Margaritaville Run from September 25-26 at Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee, FL. Duties Contribute to the setup and teardown of race infrastructure and equipment Provide assistance at water stations positioned throughout the course Install essential event fixtures including fencing, tents, tables, chairs, and waste receptacles Facilitate vendor setup and support sponsor activation zones Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and fully operational throughout the duration Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and event protocols Qualifications Must be available on both days — September 25 and 26, 2026 Capable of working outdoors for 6-8 hours daily Comfortable with early morning shifts starting between 4:00-6:00 AM Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods Demonstrate professional and courteous interaction with coworkers, participants and vendors Reliable access to Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee Prior event staffing experience is a plus, but not mandatory Friendly, approachable, and maintains a professional demeanor Able to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced event setting
