We're looking for a driven, and detail-obsessed Event Coordinator to take charge of our trade shows, industry events, company functions, and executive travel. You'll be the ultimate behind-the-scenes powerhouse, ensuring every event, trip, and detail runs flawlessly. From curating exciting offsite experiences to managing tradeshow and sponsorships engagement, you'll keep operations smooth, and communications sharp.Mission Critical Responsibilities:
Own the process : Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events from start to finish — your touch will be on every detail. Be the hub : Manage registration, samples, Point-of-Sale materials, and event payments with precision. Collaborate and create : Work closely with marketing to craft engaging event materials, presentations, and reports. Stay organized : Maintain efficient online systems for easy access to event details. Be the calm in the storm : Provide on-site support at events, swiftly handling inquiries and solving last-minute challenges. Master communication : Manage heavy email correspondence to keep planning seamless and travel running smoothly. Coordinate executive travel : Book flights, hotels, and rental cars — and make sure every trip is effortless. Support sales teams : Keep "work-with" schedules updated and ensure smooth manufacturer coordination.Bonus Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls like a pro. Manage shipping and receiving with carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Crunch numbers and generate reports to keep our projects moving forward. What You Bring to theTable:
High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience in event and travel coordination. Administrative experience? Even better. Familiarity with food brokers or distributors? That's a major plus. Excel and Outlook wizardry. CRM system experience.You'll Thrive Here If You Are:
