Competitive Hourly Rate About the Role We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable college student to join our team as a Pop-Up Events Coordinator . This is an as-needed position supporting pop-up events primarily around FSU campus and nearby community events . We currently have a few confirmed events , with additional opportunities expected throughout Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 . This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys meeting people, creating social media content, and being part of fun, on-campus events. Responsibilities Assist with setup and breakdown of pop-up events. Set up tables, displays, signage, and products according to brand standards. Ensure the event space is organized, clean, and visually appealing. Set up and merchandise products for sale. Take and organize customer pre-orders. Process and collect payments for products sold at events. Engage with customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner. Create photo and video content for the brand's social media accounts during events. Help promote the brand and create an engaging customer experience. Participate in a brief pre-event call with the owner to review event details, responsibilities, and expectations. Participate in a brief post-event phone call with the owner to provide feedback and review the event. Assist with other event-related tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Current college student, preferably attending FSU or located near campus. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on confirmed events. Comfortable representing a growing brand in a professional and positive manner. Interested in social media, events, fashion/lifestyle, marketing, or entrepreneurship is a plus. Comfortable taking photos and videos using a smartphone. Being on camera here and there for filming content. Able to work independently and take initiative. Must be able to lift and carry approximately 10-20 lbs. Must have availability for scheduled pop-up events, including occasional weekends or evenings. Previous event, retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required . Understanding of sorority greek life is a bonus but not requirement. Schedule This is an as-needed position , making it ideal for a college student looking for flexible work around their class schedule. Compensation Competitive hourly rate , based on experience and responsibilities.
