full-time Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be located in Miami, Florida and able to participate in local events, fundraisers, and volunteer activities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple volunteers and events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently communicate expectations and hold volunteers accountable for attendance, punctuality, appropriate attire, and assigned responsibilities. Reliable, dependable, and comfortable following up with volunteers before and during events. Experience in volunteer management, event coordination, community outreach, nonprofit organizations, education, or youth programs is preferred. Must be comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends based on event and fundraiser schedules. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Passion for supporting underserved youth and advancing educational opportunities within the community.
