Job Description

Job Summary La Moon Atlanta is seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Event Management Service Worker to support event preparation, venue setup, guest services, event-day activities, and post-event operations. This role works closely with event staff and coordinators to help ensure events are organized, welcoming, and run smoothly. Responsibilities Assist with preparing event venues and designated service areas. Set up tables, chairs, decorations, signage, displays, and event equipment. Assist with arranging event décor and guest service areas. Organize event supplies, materials, equipment, and service stations. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing event equipment and supplies. Support event coordinators, supervisors, and team members with assigned event tasks. Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance. Assist with guest registration, seating, directions, and general event services. Answer basic guest questions and direct concerns to the appropriate team member. Assist with food and beverage service when assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas throughout each event. Restock guest materials, service items, refreshments, and event supplies as needed. Communicate supply needs, guest concerns, and service issues to supervisors. Help maintain event schedules and complete assigned responsibilities on time. Assist with coordination between event staff, vendors, caterers, and venue personnel. Follow event schedules, company procedures, venue requirements, and safety guidelines. Handle decorations, equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully. Assist with event cleanup, breakdown, packing, and removal of equipment after events. Return equipment, decorations, and supplies to designated storage areas. Perform other event management and service support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in event management, event services, hospitality, catering, venue operations, or customer service is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and event procedures. Comfortable working in busy and changing event environments. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and responsible work habits. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving event supplies when required. Ability to handle decorations, equipment, and supplies carefully. Ability to remain calm and professional during busy events. Flexible and willing to assist with different event-related responsibilities. Pay:
$25.49 - $28.50 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
