• $60,000 to $70,000 per year (based on experience) The opportunity Refined Parking Solutions is hiring a dedicated, on-site Parking Manager for a flagship entertainment and events venue in the East Atlanta area. This is one of the most dynamic event destinations in the Southeast, with a multi-lot campus, a parking garage, a packed calendar of large public and private events, and thousands of guests on peak days. The client's identity is confidential in this posting and will be shared during the interview process. You own the parking operation end to end. You build and lead your own team, you run the event days, and you are the face of our company to the client's ownership and operations team. For the right operator, this is a rare seat: full ownership of a high-profile operation, direct access to senior company leadership, and a real growth path as the account and the company scale. What this role demands We would rather lose your application here than lose you in month three, so we lay it out plainly: Hours range with the event calendar. Steady weeks run like clockwork; big event days run long, from early vendor load-in to the last car out of the lot, much of it outdoors and on your feet, in Georgia weather. The calendar follows the events. Nights, weekends, and holidays are when this property comes alive. The busiest days on this campus are the days most people are off. Quieter weeks balance it out, but the events set the schedule, not the other way around. Plans can change the morning of an event. The standard stays high anyway. The expectation is that you adapt, keep your team steady, and execute. You are the single point of accountability. When something goes wrong in the operation, the client does not look around for someone else. They look at you, and so do we. Preparation is non-negotiable. Every event gets a staffing plan, a lot activation plan, and a walkthrough before doors open. When you run the plan, event days feel like command of a well-drilled team. What you will own Daily oversight of every lot and the parking garage, including walkthroughs, condition logs, and appearance standards Pre-event planning for every event: staffing plans, lot activation, signage, vendor and shuttle coordination Real-time command of ingress, egress, and circulation during events, including managing peak windows personally Hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching of parking attendants, supervisors, and valet staff Valet operations, including ticketing, key control, and claims protocols Permit program administration for employees, vendors, and exhibitors through our ParkDNA platform Enforcement administration and same-day dispute resolution Weekly reporting to company and client leadership, and documented post-event debriefs Coordination with the client's operations, security, and facilities teams What success looks likeWhat we require Events run to plan because there was a plan, built and communicated days in advance The client's leadership sees a consistent standard: staffed gates, guided traffic, clean lots, no surprises Your team is trained, uniformed, briefed before every shift, and coached in real time Reporting lands on time, every week, without being chased Problems reach your leadership from you first, with a fix already in motion Genuine alignment with our values; we hire for heart and character first and train the rest 3+ years of parking, valet, event operations, hospitality, or venue management experience, with at least 1 year leading a team Proven ability to run large-scale event days: staffing, traffic flow, and guest experience under pressure Physical ability to work long shifts outdoors in all weather and stay mobile across a large campus Schedule flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays around the event calendar Strong written communication; you will produce plans and reports leadership actually reads Clean background check and clean motor vehicle record (both are verified) Comfort with technology: scheduling, reporting dashboards, and our parking platform Who we are Refined Parking Solutions is an Atlanta-based parking management and technology company operating across Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Washington built on hospitality-first service and genuine care for our people and our clients.
