This role assists event coordinators and production teams with equipment, supplies, event spaces, guest support, and general event service tasks. Responsibilities Assist with preparing event spaces and production areas before scheduled events. Set up tables, chairs, signage, displays, staging materials, equipment, and event supplies. Assist with organizing and preparing production equipment and event materials. Load, unload, move, and organize equipment, supplies, and materials as directed. Support event coordinators, production staff, supervisors, vendors, and venue teams. Assist with event schedules, setup plans, checklists, and general production requirements. Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance during events. Assist with registration, seating, directions, and routine guest questions. Help guests locate event areas, facilities, seating, and activity spaces. Support food and beverage service when assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event and service areas. Restock supplies, refreshments, guest materials, and other service items. Communicate equipment needs, supply shortages, guest requests, and service concerns to supervisors. Assist with coordinating basic event needs with vendors, caterers, venue staff, and other service providers. Follow event schedules, company procedures, setup instructions, and workplace safety guidelines. Handle production equipment, event materials, supplies, and customer property carefully and responsibly. Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, packing, and storage after events. Help return event and production spaces to an organized condition. Support effective communication and teamwork during busy or changing event environments. Perform other event management, production, and service support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous event management, event production, hospitality, venue, catering, entertainment, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow schedules, instructions, checklists, and event procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in busy event and production environments. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, moving, and arranging event materials. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling schedule changes or unexpected event needs. Flexible availability for event schedules, including evenings and weekends when required. Pay:
