This role works with event coordinators and entertainment staff to help ensure events are organized, properly equipped, and delivered smoothly. Responsibilities Assist with preparing event venues, performance areas, and service spaces. Set up tables, chairs, décor, signage, displays, entertainment equipment, and event materials. Assist with arranging and preparing audio, lighting, staging, and other event equipment as directed. Organize equipment, supplies, materials, and event-related items before and after events. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and safely handling event equipment and supplies. Support event coordinators, entertainment staff, and venue personnel with event preparation. Help maintain event schedules and complete assigned setup and service tasks on time. Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance when needed. Assist guests with directions, seating, event information, and general questions. Support event activities and entertainment services according to established procedures. Monitor assigned event areas and report equipment, safety, or service concerns promptly. Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event and backstage areas. Restock event supplies and guest service materials as needed. Communicate equipment needs, supply shortages, guest requests, and operational concerns to supervisors. Assist with vendors, performers, venue staff, and other event personnel as directed. Follow event schedules, company procedures, venue requirements, and workplace safety guidelines. Handle entertainment equipment, event materials, décor, and customer property carefully and responsibly. Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, packing, and removal of equipment and materials. Return equipment and supplies to designated storage areas after events. Perform other event operations and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in event operations, entertainment, hospitality, venue services, production, or customer service is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced, and changing event environments. Willingness to learn event equipment and operational procedures. Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits. Ability to remain calm and professional during busy event periods. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving event equipment and materials. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
