Job Description

Grand Venue is looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Bilingual Venue Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a part-time position of approximately 10-15 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is confident working with clients, comfortable conducting venue tours, and able to help keep our bookings and upcoming events organized.
Responsibilities:
Conduct venue tours in both English and Spanish Explain our venue, pricing, amenities, bar options and policies to potential clients Follow up with inquiries and help turn tours into bookings Respond to client calls, texts and emails Assist with contracts, bookings and client information Keep upcoming events and event details organized Prepare paperwork, signage and other materials for upcoming events Help keep venue supplies and inventory organized Assist with general administrative tasks during weekday hours On Saturdays, open the venue before events, make sure everything is ready, and assist clients/vendors as they arrive Communicate any important event information to the owner before leaving
Schedule:
Approximately 10-15 hours per week, including weekday hours for tours and administrative work and Saturday availability for events. Saturday shifts are primarily for opening and getting the event started
Qualifications:
Must be fluent/proficient in English and Spanish Excellent communication and customer-service skills Friendly, professional and comfortable meeting new people Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and punctual Comfortable conducting venue tours independently Comfortable discussing pricing and helping potential clients with booking decisions Able to work independently and take initiative Basic computer/email skills Hospitality, sales, administrative or event experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person We are looking for someone who can become knowledgeable about Grand Venue and confidently represent our business to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
