We offer : Paid Travel in between job sites Insurance plans for Full Time Team Members PTO for Full Time Team Members after 1 yr of service This position does not require Holidays or Weekends Opportunity for addition hours available on the weekend and evenings but not required Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for clients. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and furniture. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Dust surfaces, clean windows, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for flooring through proper floor cleaning techniques. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and proper handling techniques. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
