Part-time Overview Step into the action this summer with BEST Crowd Management as part of our Event Security & Guest Experience Team. From walk-off home runs to post-game celebrations, you'll help create an exciting, safe, and unforgettable atmosphere for thousands of baseball fans for this incredible event. We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of the game-day experience. What You'll Do Welcome fans with a friendly, professional attitude and provide top-tier guest service throughout the event. Help create a fun, safe, and organized environment for guests, staff, and players. Assist with stadium and event setup, including signage, entry points, and crowd flow areas. Guide guests to seating sections, concessions, restrooms, exits, and other stadium amenities. Answer questions about the event, venue policies, and game-day activities. Monitor assigned areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations. Support crowd management and entry procedures during high-energy moments and peak attendance times. Work closely with supervisors, vendors, and fellow event staff to keep operations running smoothly. Handle guest concerns professionally and help ensure every fan has a positive experience. Represent BEST Crowd Management with professionalism, teamwork, and enthusiasm. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older (based on local requirements). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in customer service, hospitality, security, sports, or live events is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse crowds. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Ability to stay calm, alert, and professional during busy game-day situations. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout this event and beyond. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Why Join the Team?
