The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Through movement-based learning and imaginative play, we help children build confidence and essential life skills.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Part-Time Lead Teacher to join our team. This is a supplemental role that's perfect for a stay-at-home parent or someone looking to add a fun, rewarding side job.

Details:

1-2 shifts per week Saturday and Sunday afternoon parties (~2-6pm) Lead meaningful parties as a host, making families and kids feel welcome. Guide the party guests through a high energy hour in the gym following a lesson plan and make the food service, present opening and decoration haul in and out a breeze for parents. Create a positive, supportive environment for kids and parents Why The Little Gym? For over 40 years, The Little Gym has nurtured happy, confident kids through gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and activities like Day Camps, Parents' Survival Nights, and Birthday Parties. The Little Gym of Johnston is opening this Spring and is female- and family-owned.

As a Birthday Party Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an incredible experience for kids and their families. Host and facilitate unforgettable birthday party experiences for kids and their families using our proven party formats (don't worry, we'll train you and you'll have an online portal to access and adapt all party packages and themes!) Create an exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding customer service from booking through celebration. Foster a fun, positive atmosphere that makes every child's special day feel magical and memorable.
