This field-based role will manage the sales process from pre-bid through post-bid, prepare proposals and estimates, build customer relationships, and generate additional sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following a structured sales process.
Compensation Package:
OTE:
$75,000-$120,000 Base salary + commission Company car Mileage reimbursement Travel reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a $1,000,000+ sales plan for painting services and cross-sell additional products/services Execute the Ekman Painting sales process from pre-bid through post-bid Meet personal sales and margin targets Enter estimates and maintain client information in the CRM Prepare customer proposals Respond to customer and office inquiries Generate additional leads through personal sales activity Build and continuously track a personal sales plan Attend weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings Submit weekly reports covering sales numbers, drivers/restrainers, goals, and priorities Work with the Sales Manager and operations team to achieve company objectives
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license Able to pass a criminal background check Sales experience with the ability to manage a $1M+ sales plan At least 1 year of sales and/or related industry experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and precision Ability to work independently while following guidance from the Sales Manager Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Adaptable and flexible when facing different challenges Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience entering and managing estimates Ability to learn and execute a structured sales process Ability to uphold company values and work collaboratively with sales and operations teams Stable career history; no job hoppers or unclear career paths Comfortable working primarily on the road

$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
