Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Job Overview We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Event Staff to assist with the setup, styling, and breakdown of a high-end wedding event. Team members will work closely with event production and design teams to ensure all event elements are set up efficiently and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires the ability to lift and move event furnishings, follow setup diagrams, work as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude during long shifts. Responsibilities Event Setup Assist with unloading event inventory and equipment.
Install and arrange:
Wall styling elements Tables Chairs and banquette seating Bars Textiles and décor pieces Complete final event setup, including: Ceremony stage with stairs Tasting bar Welcome table Final styling touches and cleaning Ensure all event spaces are guest-ready before event start time. Follow instructions from event leads and supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Event Breakdown / Strike Remove and pack: Ceremony platform Welcome table Tasting bar Tables Banquette seating and chairs Load trucks safely and efficiently. Assist with venue cleanup and restoration. Complete all breakdown tasks within designated event timelines. Qualifications Previous event setup, hospitality, warehouse, moving, or labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Reliable transportation and punctuality required. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work early morning, evening, and late-night shifts. Schedule This position includes early morning setup and late-night event breakdown hours. Staff must be available for the entire event schedule and willing to work flexible hours as needed.
