CBH Homes | Treasure Valley, Idaho Idaho's #1 homebuilder is looking for someone who doesn't need a play-by-play to get the job done. Our Events Team moves fast, works outdoors, and takes pride in every detail
- and we need a Detailer who can show up, take ownership, and run the field like it's their own.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Event & Community Setup Lead event setup and breakdown for community events and internal events, start to finish Maintain community signage, flags, and event materials- and catch what needs fixing before anyone has to ask Keep event spaces and model homes clean, organized, and guest-ready Move event materials and locations independently as needed Own field tasks and operational projects for the Events Team Represent the team at community grand openings and special events Office + Equipment Support Support office moves, event staging, and operational projects Handle light exterior maintenance•parking lot upkeep, seasonal work (snow, weeds), general property presentation Maintain event storage spaces and inventory•know what we have and where it lives Keep equipment, supplies, and materials organized and ready to grab
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE
Setting up or tearing down event spaces- on your own or with the team Prepping model homes and communities for visitors Moving signage and event materials between locations Organizing supplies and storage so the next setup is easy Executing 1-2 Saturday open house setups a month in CBH communities Jumping into hands-on projects that keep our communities looking sharp Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who: Can be handed a task and run with it- no hand-holding required Makes good calls on the spot when something doesn't go as planned Takes pride in organization, presentation, and getting it right the first time Is reliable, physically active, and ready to work outdoors in all seasons Communicates clearly and keeps the team in the loop, even when working solo Proficient in Gmail + Google Calendar Brings a positive, all-in attitude to new projects Can lift up to 50 lbs.
