Job Description
Overview The Event Staff team delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending events at Ryan Field. Team members assist with guest wayfinding, access control, crowd management, and event support while serving as ambassadors for the venue. This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00 Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 6, 2026. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Verify tickets and assist guests with locating seats and venue amenities. Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns. Provide directions and information regarding concessions, restrooms, parking, and stadium policies. Assist with crowd management before, during, and after events. Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns. Support emergency procedures as directed. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
