Luxury Wellness Event Assistant Part-Time | Chicagoland Join the Stillwater Symphony® Team! Stillwater Symphony® is seeking dependable, energetic, and professional individuals to join our growing team. We produce Luxury Floating Sound Journeys throughout the Chicagoland area, creating unforgettable wellness experiences in beautiful indoor pools. We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, and thrive as part of a professional team. Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown Inflate and arrange floating air mattresses Load and unload event equipment Welcome and assist guests during check-in Help guests safely enter and exit the pool Maintain a clean, organized event environment Support the event team to ensure a seamless guest experience For qualified applicants: opportunities may be available to play percussion instruments during events. Qualifications Positive attitude and excellent work ethic Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds Comfortable working around water Reliable transportation Available evenings and weekends Hospitality, event, customer service, fitness, or music experience is a plus—but not required. Percussion or musical performance experience is welcomed but not required. Compensation $150 per event day for team members scheduled to arrive at the event call time and participate in setup. $125 per event day for team members scheduled to arrive later in the event. Opportunities for additional responsibilities and increased compensation as the company grows.
