Job Description
Photo Booth Attendant - Part-Time Event Staff Photo Booth Time is looking for dependable, outgoing people to join our team as Part-Time Photo Booth Attendants. We provide photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, sporting events, and other special events throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a great position for someone looking for flexible, well-paid weekend work. No previous photo booth or photography experience is required. We provide training. What You'll Do As a Photo Booth Attendant, you'll be responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, and breaking down photo booth equipment at events. You'll also interact with guests throughout the event and make sure they have a great experience.
Typical responsibilities include:
Pick up and transport photo booth equipment to events Set up the photo booth, camera, lighting, printer, backdrop, and other equipment Test everything before the event begins Greet guests and assist them with using the photo booth Monitor equipment and photo printing throughout the event Handle basic troubleshooting when needed Keep the photo booth area clean and organized Break down equipment after the event Return equipment as instructed Communicate with our office before, during, and after events as needed Schedule This is a part-time, event-based position. There are no guaranteed weekly hours. Most events take place on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays , with occasional weekday corporate events. A typical assignment is approximately 6-8 total hours , including setup, event time, and breakdown. Weekend and evening availability is important. Pay Typical compensation is approximately $200-$250 per event , depending on the event length, location, and responsibilities. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with enough room to transport photo booth equipment Comfortable driving to venues throughout the Chicagoland area Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests Comfortable using computers, tablets, cameras, and other technology Able to follow setup instructions and work independently Able to lift and carry equipment up to approximately 40-50 lbs. Able to stand for several hours during an event Available for evening and weekend events Professional appearance and communication Dress Code Attendants are generally required to wear professional all-black attire while working events. About Photo Booth Time Photo Booth Time has been providing photo booth and interactive event experiences throughout Chicagoland since 2011. We work with weddings, private celebrations, corporate clients, professional organizations, sporting events, and large-scale activations. We're looking for reliable people we can train and continue working with throughout the year. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys events, meeting people, technology, and working independently.
