Prepare accurate quotes and orders, then confirm dates, addresses, guest counts, dietary needs, and delivery or pickup plans. Follow up with prospective and repeat clients and keep records and deadlines organized. Send clear production details to the kitchen and service teams and check upcoming orders for readiness. Communicate changes early and help solve questions before they become problems. Support event setup or service when needed and follow up with clients afterward. What you bring Hospitality, events, sales, customer service, or office coordination experience is helpful; one year preferred. Friendly, clear communication in writing and conversation.
