Freelance Hospitality Assistant Description:
The Hospitality Assistant is a key member of the live events team who does the hospitality shop and handles day of show needs for artists under the direction of the House Manager. The Hospitality Assistant preps the green rooms, fulfills hospitality needs, handles catering or dinner buy-outs, acts as runner as needed (mileage reimbursement) and conducts the end of night clean up of the green rooms. We're looking for an energetic, positive professional with some live event experience or willingness to learn who enjoys wearing multiple hats.Qualifications:

Dependable, Detail oriented, Adaptable, Able to work efficiently under pressure, Creative problem solving skills, Proactive, Clearmunication skills, Team player, Complete understanding of artist privacy, Ability to drive a 15 pass van or large SUV is a plus.Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Ability to move throughout the venue, including lobbies, aisles, seating areas, backstage-adjacent spaces, and public areas.
- Ability to lift and move light event-related items such as signage, supplies, stanchions, merchandise materials, and other event supplies as needed
