Location:
Boston, MA 02110 Pay rate: Up to 51$/h
Schedule:
Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM (25 hours/week)
Status:
2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (potential temp to hire according to performance and).
Key Responsibilities Workplace Operations:
Direct day-to-day facilities upkeep, conduct site walkthroughs, order/restock supplies, manage mail/deliveries, and serve as primary liaison for facilities and IT support ticketing.
Employee Experience:
Budget, plan, and execute local team events; oversee catered food, beverage, and snack services; update internal site wikis and intranet pages.
Administrative & Strategic Support:
Manage local office budgets and expense tracking, assist with space planning/headcount growth, facilitate local new hire onboarding, and provide meeting/broadcast tech support.
Candidate Requirements Education & Experience:
HS Diploma/GED or higher, and 2-5+ years in office management or workplace operations (tech industry preferred).
Skills:
Strong vendor management, event planning, and independent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Tools:
