Full Job Description Schedule:
Mondays and Thursdays onsite, 15-20
HPW Description:
Collaborate with the development team to cultivate sponsors, secure donations, and engage board members and contributors. Create, track, and monitor event budgets, ticket sales, and donation revenue to ensure cost-effectiveness. Coordinate promotional campaigns, email marketing, digital signage, and invitations to drive attendance.
Requirements:
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) databases, Salesforce preferred. Proven ability to handle multiple and varied tasks and priorities, as well as to plan, develop, collect, and acquire relevant information across teams. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, to achieve common objectives. Prior experience with
