Job Summary Are you energetic, approachable, and ready to create memorable experiences? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our events, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a safe environment for all attendees. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help set the tone for successful events that leave lasting impressions. Whether managing crowd flow, assisting with activities, or providing top-tier customer service, your contribution will be vital to our event success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the event Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination to ensure seamless execution Manage guest flow and crowd control, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for merchandise or concessions Provide first aid or CPR if necessary, maintaining safety and well-being of attendees Support event activities by guiding participants, managing queues, and facilitating entertainment or food service Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving conflicts effectively when they arise Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including manual handling of equipment or supplies Skills Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments with outdoor work experience preferred - must have bar experience and be TIPS certified Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable Experience working with children or in retail sales enhances your ability to engage diverse audiences Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during setup or breakdown phases Effective public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members Previous experience in food service, resort settings, theater productions, or outdoor events is advantageous Join us as an Event Staff member and be part of creating vibrant experiences that bring people together!
