Hollowed Harvest:

Wicked Labyrinth . Managers are assigned to one location but may float as needed. This season Salem Haunts Walking Tour run alongside our core experience. Must-Have Skills 3+ years as an event, stage, entertainment, or hospitality manager Able to lift 40 lbs, carry boxes up/down stairs; comfortable kneeling/using basic hand tools Customer-service leader who stays calm under pressure Arrive 60 minutes before opening ; remain until close; reliable transportation to Salem Comfortable using a smartphone to scan tickets and communicate with remote support Fluent English; strong follow-through and attention to detail Provide 2 references (one from a prior employer); authorized to work in the U.S.

Position Responsibilities Open/close the venue:

power-up/power-down displays; complete checklists; secure the facility Lead on-site staff: ticketing, line/crowd flow, guest recovery, cleanliness, safety/compliance Monitor time-slotted capacity and queue pacing; escalate facilities/technical issues promptly Interface with BOLD Media's event support team; log nightly notes and incident reports Train on-site staff during pre-opening week; complete e-learning + virtual training beforehand Participate in limited setup & breakdown days (generally daytime 9a-5p; exact dates provided after hire) Ideal Candidates Reliable, organized, and trustworthy leaders who can multitask in busy, guest-facing environments. Compensation Part-time, seasonal. Up to $25.00/hr w/ end of season bonus for sales performance. Schedule Evenings/weekends; holiday periods required. Some daytime shifts for setup/breakdown.
