Provide exceptional customer service throughout each event. Support event timelines and help ensure details are executed as planned. Assist with seating charts, signage, décor, and other event materials. Help resolve last-minute issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Venue Setup & Breakdown Set up and arrange tables, chairs, décor, signage, and event materials. Assist with venue breakdown and cleanup following events. Organize and handle event supplies and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the event. Empty trash receptacles and support general event maintenance as needed. Vendor & Team Coordination Greet and direct vendors during setup and deliveries. Assist vendors and event staff throughout the event. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth event operations. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, move, and arrange tables, chairs, décor, and event supplies. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Perform setup, breakdown, cleaning, and other event-related tasks. Schedule & Availability This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, supplemental income.
