We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to lead our year-round calendar of festivals, customer events, seasonal and celebrations at Homestead Gardens. In this highly visible role, you'll bring creativity, organization, and leadership to every event, helping drive customer engagement, community connections, and retail sales. What You'll Do Plan and execute seasonal festivals, special events, and family activities Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, and entertainment Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive attendance Lead event staff, volunteers, and cross-functional teams Build community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities Create memorable customer experiences that keep guests coming back What We're Looking For 5+ years of event, festival, or experiential marketing experience Proven success managing public events from concept to execution Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and vendor management abilities Ability to work evenings and weekends Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or community events is a plus Why Join Us?
