What You'll Do As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play an important role in ensuring every wedding and event runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with wedding and event setup and breakdown Greeting and directing vendors and guests Communicating with vendors and the event team throughout the day Monitoring venue spaces to ensure everything is clean, organized, and event-ready Supporting the timeline of each event and helping maintain smooth operations Restocking supplies and maintaining the overall appearance of the property Providing exceptional customer service to couples, guests, and vendors Troubleshooting minor issues and communicating with venue managers when needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation Must be available to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays) Why You'll Love Working Here Gain valuable experience in the wedding and hospitality industry Work alongside an experienced events team Beautiful waterfront venue with a fun, supportive work environment Every event is unique—no boring shifts!
