This is a hands-on role focused on carrying, setting up, and tearing down event decorations and materials. No event-planning or performance experience is required.
Seeking immediate availability:
Saturday, September 26 3:00 PM-5:00 PM — Event setup 8:00 PM-9:00 PM — Event teardown We are looking for someone who can also be available for similar event work every other Saturday . Responsibilities Carry and move event decorations, supplies, and materials Set up decorations and event materials according to instructions Tear down and pack materials after the event Load and unload supplies Keep materials organized and handle them carefully Work efficiently as part of a small event team Requirements Must be 16 years old or older Must be able to safely lift and carry 25-50 lbs Must have reliable personal transportation to and from events Must be dependable and punctual Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed Event, theatre decorating, or setup experience is a plus, but not required Pay $50 per event for approximately 3 hours of total work. This works out to approximately $16.67/hour based on the expected time commitment. This is an event-based, recurring position , with opportunities to work approximately every other Saturday depending on the event schedule.
