Creative Dining is hiring immediately for a full-time Catering Supervisor.

Schedule:

Full time schedule. Must be available to work mornings, mid-day, evenings and weekends

Requirement:

1-2 years of experience required.

Pay Range:

Job Summary The Catering Supervisor manages operational tasks for catering events, ensuring excellent customer service, food presentation, and adherence to company standards.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities Event Supervision:

Coordinate and supervise all catering activities under the Catering Manager's direction.

Collaboration:

Work with production, conference services, and sales teams to execute events.

Logistics Management:

Review event details with the Catering Manager and Executive Chef, manage inventories, and order products and equipment.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with catering staff and other departments for event setup, delivery, and breakdown.

Sanitation & Safety:

Ensure sanitation, safety, and organization standards are met.

Record Keeping:

Maintain records and prepare reports for event improvement.

Customer Communication:

Address complaints, problems, and feedback from customers or staff.

Management Communication:

Sends Event Summaries to Catering Manager for assigned events, detailing team, client, operational wins and opportunities

Equipment Management:

Ensure catering equipment is returned and properly stored.

Client Interaction:

Meet with event contacts and ensure all needs are met.

Event Execution:

Oversee the execution of designated events, ensuring quality service.

Professional Service:

Provide high-level service at all functions.

Other Duties:

Perform additional tasks as assigned.
