Needing staff to help out with large Event days....This is as needed but it can be weekly...all work is located near Branson Landing. Many Different types of jobs, Servers, Cooks, Dishwashers Cleaners Set up Tear Down Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team at a premier event venue. In this role, you will be the frontline representative, ensuring seamless event operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable events. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse environments, from outdoor festivals to indoor conferences, supporting the success of each occasion. Duties Assist with event setup and teardown, including manual handling of equipment and supplies Welcome guests, provide information, and ensure a positive experience through excellent customer service Manage guest flow and seating arrangements in accordance with venue guidelines Enforce safety protocols and respond promptly to emergencies or conflicts using conflict management skills Support food service operations when applicable, including food handling and cash processing using POS systems Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently at various points of sale Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including outdoor areas Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate event activities Assist with outdoor work tasks such as setting up tents, signage, or outdoor equipment Qualifications Previous experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable Knowledge of conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures such as first aid and CPR Experience working with children or in family-friendly environments is a plus Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and manual handling procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor physical tasks safely Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing supplies Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions Previous experience in food service or resort environments is advantageous Theater or outdoor event experience will be considered an asset Commitment to safety protocol adherence and teamwork in fast-paced settings Join us as part of our vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding events. Pay:
$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
