Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and direct them to event areas with enthusiasm and professionalism Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed to ensure smooth operations Ensure a great guest experience by answering questions, providing information, and working with the event coordinator to resolve concerns promptly Ensure safety protocols are followed Ensure all winery policies and procedures are followed Engage with guests of all ages Ability to work with a team and the event coordinator to ensure the event is executed properly Experience Previous experience in events, hospitality, and food service is desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to handle conflict situations professionally and efficiently Embark on an exciting journey where your energy makes a difference!
