On the road / Various event locations About the Position Kulture Designed Co. is seeking energetic, dependable, customer-focused Event Staff to join our growing team. We participate in pop-up shops, festivals, markets, corporate events, private events, and other experiences throughout the year. This is a hands-on position that involves customer service, sales, event setup and breakdown, product knowledge, and maintaining a professional brand presence. This position requires travel and weekend availability. Some events may require early mornings, late evenings, or overnight/out-of-town travel. Responsibilities Assist with complete event setup and breakdown, including tables, fixtures, displays, signage, inventory, decorations, and equipment Load and unload products, event supplies, and equipment Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience Learn Kulture Designed Co. products, scents, pricing, and promotions Actively engage customers and assist with product recommendations Help drive sales during events Accurately operate POS systems and process customer transactions Restock and organize merchandise throughout events Monitor inventory and products during events Keep the booth and event space clean, organized, and visually appealing Follow event rules, company procedures, and instructions from management Assist with workshops, activations, and customer experiences when assigned Perform additional event-related duties as needed Qualifications Retail, sales, event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience using POS systems is preferred Ability to learn product information quickly Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and remain productive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills Experience working with children is a plus for family-friendly events and workshops Physical & Transportation Requirements Applicants must: Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more Be able to stand and remain active for extended periods Be comfortable loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down event equipment Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Be willing and able to travel to event locations as assigned Be able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks independently Arrive on time and remain for the entire assigned shift Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Kulture Designed Co. Scheduling This is a flexible, event-based position , and hours are not guaranteed each week. Scheduling is based on upcoming events and business needs.
